Product description
Carbon dioxide cultivation is widely used in many kinds of scenes
in university laboratories, life science, biotechnology, health and
epidemic prevention, scientific research units.
Use
Carbon dioxide cell incubator is designed for animal cell and
tissue culture, widely used in medical units, life science,
immunology, genetics, medicine and other fields, and can also be
used for the culture of common microorganisms.
Structural Features
Outer box material: cold rolled steel plate surface spray; Internal
material: SUS304 stainless steel plate.
HWJ type is water jacket type, strong heat preservation; HAJ type
is gas jacket type with fast heating rate.
1. The inner box is equipped with a fan to form a micro air
circulation to improve the uniformity of temperature and CO2
concentration in the box.
2. The door switch is installed. When the door is opened, the fan,
CO2 inlet valve and heating will be automatically closed to reduce
the pollution caused by outside air entering the box, and reduce
the loss of electricity and gas.
3.LED display of P.I.D. temperature controller, temperature control
accuracy. Type HWJ adopts three sets of temperature probes to
control the temperature of the box, water and door respectively.
HAJ type adopts two sets of temperature probes to control box
temperature and door temperature respectively. Appropriate door
temperature control is helpful to the condensation of water vapor
on the toughened glass inner door and reduce the probability of
pollution in the box.
4. Imported infrared carbon dioxide sensor, not affected by
temperature and humidity changes, suitable for open and close
frequent use occasions.
5. (Optional) Independent external temperature protection device.
6. (Optional) Independent external temperature and humidity message
alarm module (without data flow card), with mobile APP query
function.
