Box structure
The whole molding by high temperature welding, corrosion
resistance, easy to clean, no leakage phenomenon.
Tower spray system, and equipped with salt filtration system, no
crystallization nozzle, salt spray distribution uniform, free
adjustment of settlement.
The lid is made of transparent material so that the test items and
spray conditions can be clearly seen in the box.
Water seal structure is adopted between box cover and box, no salt
spray overflow.
Line control board and other components are fixed in the convenient
inspection and maintenance of the position, the use of door lock
opening type side cover door, not only beautiful, but also
convenient maintenance.
Internal structure
1, spray device: tower sprayer, containing glass nozzle, spray
guided by the tower tube and then dispersed through the cone,
evenly dispersed to the entire laboratory;
2. Spray volume adjustment: increase the spray volume of the
conical diffuser on the spray tower, and reduce the spray volume on
the lower;
3, collector: the spray spray nozzle, in free fall settlement,
built-in one or several 80cm2 surface area of the funnel cup to
collect salt spray, condensed into water by the pipe flow to the
outside of the box measuring cylinder;
4, heating water tank: water tank attached to the bottom of the
laboratory, for water heating to keep the temperature of the
laboratory stable;
5, shelf: made of plastic steel, a single bearing capacity is not
more than 2kg, such as scattered placement can bear the weight of
10kg, two rows of round holes on both sides of the shelf, is to
place the bar with a vertical Angle of 15 degrees, 30 degrees.
Control system
High precision P.I.D. temperature control instrument, error is
±0.1℃, Fuji, RKC, Honeywell table (optional).
Continuous or periodic spray optional.

Artificial accelerated simulation of salt spray environment test is
to use a test equipment with a certain volume space -- salt spray
test chamber, in the volume space with artificial methods to create
salt spray environment to aging the product's salt spray corrosion
resistance performance quality. Compared with the natural
environment, the salt concentration of chloride in the salt spray
environment is several times or tens of times of the salt spray
content in the general natural environment, so that the corrosion
rate is greatly improved, and the salt spray test on the product,
the time to get the results is also greatly shortened.
